Terms & Conditions


The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer with Mouvo Lab shop website or mobile website.

By using the Mouvo Lab website  and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on mouvolab.com.

The Mouvo Lab website only offers products that are published on www.mouvolab.com. The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to change the program, date and venue of the products sold. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges this right.

We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be this on Mouvo e-shop at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the website.


The prices for each product are listed individually. The prices displayed on Mouvo Lab website include the statutory Value Added Tax. The prices do not include a delivery charge, because Mouvo Lab products are not to be delivered. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.

Conclusion of the contract

The ordering options available to you are via Mouvo Lab shop website.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our Customer Service representatives will contact you to settle the refund.

Purchase and payment methods

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

Bank Transfer: You can transfer the applicable amount of your order to the bank account listed on your order purchase copy.

PayPal: You can use your Pay Pal account to transfer the payment. More information about PayPal terms and conditions can be found at ​​https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.

Please note, we do not accept cheques.

Withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with the provisions of § 1837 letter j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the buyer and the organizer in accordance with the provisions of §1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons), given that it is the contract on the use of free time and performance is provided in the designated deadline (in case of live/ in person workshops) or it is the contract on delivery of digital content online (in case of online workshops and talks).

Complaints procedure

All complaints about products purchased through this website are governed by these Business Terms and Conditions for Purchase and the complaint procedure set out in this Article no.6.

The Buyer is not entitled to exchange the ticket, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

Mouvo Lab is not responsible for the fact that the product will not be delivered to the buyer for reasons attributable to the buyer, especially because it will not be possible to deliver the product to the buyer by e-mail entered by the buyer (e.g. full mailbox, spam filter, etc.).

If the buyer has not received the product no later than 24 hours after paying the entrance fee, he is obliged to contact Mouvo Lab immediately and no later than 24 hours after the above deadline to receive the product and announce that he has not received the purchased product. For these purposes, the buyer is obliged to provide Mouvo Lab with the name, surname and e-mail, which he stated as a contact, respectively. identification data when buying a ticket. In the event that Mouvo Lab finds that the product has not actually been delivered to the buyer and it is not a case referred to in the previous paragraph of these complaints rules and the buyer notifies Mouvo Lab that the product was not delivered, within the above period and in the above manner. proceed as follows:

Mouvo Lab undertakes to send to the buyer again no later than 24 hours, but no later than 1 hour before the Event

In case that Mouvo Lab changes the venue or date of the Event or the complete cancellation of the Event, the buyer will be notified of this fact.

If the Event is completely canceled by Mouvo Lab, the buyer has the right to a refund of the entrance fee or a voucher for another purchase.

Privacy policy when purchasing

During ticket sales, Mouvo Lab processes personal data provided by the buyer when purchasing a ticket, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In case of incorrectly entered data (e.g. typo in the name or telephone number), the buyer is obliged to contact Mouvo Lab.
