We created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we treat, collect, use, maintain and disclose your personal information collected and received from your visiting our Website and from your use of our services as defined in our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) provided through our Website (“Services”), or third parties websites, services, platforms and products we use such as Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram, etc. Terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms. Third parties websites`, services`, products`, platforms` collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data will be subject to their own privacy policies, and not this Privacy Policy.

For what purposes do we use personal data?

For the purposes of fulfilling the contract for the sale of the product / service that we have concluded with you, ie for the purpose of:

  • product delivery,
  • informing about the change of the date or place of the event, about the cancellation of the event, about other details and requisites of the event,
  • checking tickets and allowing entry to the event,
  • settlement of complaints and possible return of admission.

For the purposes of sending the newsletter from Mouvo Lab:

If you explicitly agree to receive the newsletter, we will keep your e-mail address. By law, only a person over the age of 16 can provide explicit consent to receive news. You can revoke your consent to receive news from us at any time via the link provided at the end of each offer.

How long do we keep personal data?

We store personal data only until the event, or until the settlement of the customer’s claims arising from participation in the event, or for a longer period of time, if required by law or necessary due to the legitimate interest of Mouvo Lab, eg for the purpose of settling or enforcing our claims.

We do not keep the data longer than we are authorized; after the loss of a legal reason, we delete the relevant personal data.

If you give your consent to the processing of personal data for a purpose other than the performance of the contract (for receiving news from Mouvo Lab), we process your personal data until the withdrawal of consent, but for a maximum of 3 years.

Is the provision of personal data voluntary?

The provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary and is based on a contractual basis; if you refuse to provide us with the requested personal data, it is not possible to sell you a product / service through Mouvo Lab.

Right of access to personal data: you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we process about you.

Right to correct personal data: you have the right to request the updating, addition or correction of personal data if you believe that it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to delete personal data: you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were processed.

Right to restrict the processing of personal data: you have the right to request processing restrictions if you deny the accuracy of your personal data or if their processing is illegal, but you refuse to delete such personal data.

Right to portability of personal data: you have the right to the so-called transferability of personal data to another controller, if it is technically feasible.

Right to object to the processing of personal data: you can object to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data unless we have a legal title to do so and / or it would be contrary to the purpose of the processing.

We store personal data in a secure electronic form and use it to fulfill the above purposes, or we pass them on to the persons specified below.

Persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractually assumed duties are bound by a legal or contractual duty of confidentiality.

Do we transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU or international organizations?

No, the provision of Mouvo Lab services does not require us to transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU or other international organizations.

Where can you file a complaint against the processing of personal data?

You have the right to file a complaint if you believe that a personal data breach has been violated during the processing of your personal data by the supervisory authority:
