Augustinas Paukšté

Augustinas Paukštė co-founded andstudio straight after art school—before really knowing how agencies were supposed to work. That probably explains a lot, in Augustinas’ own words.
Today, andstudio is a branding studio that has grown from two people to sixteen, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and bold visual systems. The studio designs brands, but also designs how branding itself is done—questioning intuition-only decisions and replacing them with evidence, experimentation, and play.
Studio culture matters as much as output. andstudio has opened a radio station in its office sauna, launched a creative studio exchange program, and hosts a yearly creative conference to keep curiosity alive. Side projects aren’t a distraction—they’re the engine.

Augustinas is interested in how brave ideas survive inside real businesses, and how data, research, and generative tools can expand creativity instead of killing it.

Fight for Ideas with Evidence
In his talk, Augustinas shares how research, data, and experimentation can be used as creative weapons to protect bold ideas and make them real.
He breaks down the techniques and methods he’s learned while fighting for brave ideas—not with taste or trends, but with evidence. From hands-on field research to contemporary tools, including AI used to simulate and synthesise user groups, test ideas, and model synthetic reactions before anything is launched.
